ByeByeRut all started from a request from my sweet friend, Sheila Garcia of http://www.LifeAsSheDoesIt.com asking me to write a Guest Blog for her site.  I used to write a lot while I was a LOT less busy during my youngster days of high school and college.  As usual, life happened and my passion for writing slipped away.  After teaching elementary school for four years I am now a happily stay-at-home mom of a beautiful little girl, Olivia, and wife to my best friend in the whole wide world- both of whom you will hear a lot about if you follow my blog posts.

I am not at all a perfect wife, mother, writer, teacher, friend… and that’s kind of what this is all about.  As a stay-at-home mom I was getting into a “rut” of everyday doing the same ol’ same ol’ and happy to do it … but a “rut” just the same.  Writing a blog for She’s site got me out of that and gave me “someone” else to talk to – to gather my thoughts- and send out a message from my heart into the great “unknown” that is the internet.  So here it goes…
